COOKIES

You will need:
* 1 cup butter ( at room temperature)
* 2 and 1/4 cups sifted flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 egg
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons vanilla

Follow these easy steps:
1. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl with the electric mixer for 5 minutes, until it becomes fluffy
